Free Loaner Vehicle
Your vehicle may need repairs, but your daily routine still needs to move. Ask about a complimentary loaner vehicle for qualifying repairs so you can plan transportation while your vehicle is with us.

What is a complimentary loaner vehicle?
A complimentary loaner is a temporary vehicle provided without a vehicle-use charge under the applicable offer and agreement. It is intended to help eligible customers with transportation during the agreed repair period.
Fuel, damage responsibility, additional charges, and permitted use are governed by the confirmed terms. Review the agreement so you understand what is included.
Three things to review before relying on a loaner.
Repair eligibility
Ask whether your proposed repair qualifies. Do not assume the offer applies to every service, estimate visit, or appointment.
Vehicle availability
Availability can change. Confirm the reservation and pickup arrangements before bringing your vehicle in for repairs.
Driver and use terms
Review required documents, authorized drivers, insurance requirements, and any limits on mileage, travel, or vehicle use.
A shop loaner and an insurance rental are different.
A loaner is provided under the shop’s agreement. An insurance rental depends on the applicable claim or coverage and the rental provider’s terms. Approval for one does not automatically establish eligibility for the other.
Tell us if your insurer has already arranged transportation. Confirm which arrangement you will use and any remaining responsibilities before pickup.
Make transportation part of the repair plan.
Share your anticipated drop-off date and passenger needs early. A specific vehicle type, seating capacity, or feature cannot be assumed available.
Confirm the return deadline. Repair delays do not automatically extend an agreed loaner period. Contact the shop if your timing changes.
Ask when scheduling repairs
Provide your vehicle details, repair information, requested dates, and transportation needs.
Confirm eligibility and reservation
Review availability, required documents, and the terms that apply to your arrangement.
Complete the pickup agreement
Review vehicle condition, fuel expectations, authorized use, and incident-reporting instructions.
Return as agreed
Follow the confirmed return time, location, fuel requirements, and vehicle-condition terms.
Know the terms before pickup.
Is a free loaner guaranteed with every repair?
No. Some restrictions apply. Loaners are subject to availability, eligibility, and the applicable agreement. Confirm your arrangement before relying on a vehicle.
Does “free” mean there can be no other charges?
The complimentary offer concerns the vehicle-use charge under the confirmed terms. Fuel, damage, cleaning, tolls, or other responsibilities may be addressed separately in the agreement.
What documents do I need?
Ask the shop to confirm the required identification, driving credentials, insurance information, and any other eligibility documents before pickup.
Can another person drive the loaner?
Only drivers permitted under the agreement should operate the vehicle. Confirm additional-driver requirements before allowing someone else to use it.
Can I request an SUV or a particular model?
Share your passenger and accessibility needs, but vehicle type and features depend on availability. A specific model is not guaranteed.
Can I keep the loaner if repairs take longer?
An extension must be confirmed with the shop. Do not assume the agreed return period automatically changes with the repair timeline.
What should I do if the loaner is damaged or develops a problem?
Follow the incident and assistance instructions in the agreement and notify the shop promptly. Ask about those procedures before leaving with the vehicle.
