The day my car was done I didn’t have a ride to come pick it up so he came to Clinton Twp to come pick me up which was very great. He worked well with me with the dealership that was delivering my parts and what not. Also, when I took my car there it was super messy, when I got my car back it was spotless basically! They cleaned up and vacuumed my car out. The techs are awesome & polite also! Overall, I would recommend this place if you need to take your car to a collision shop!

Prior to visiting The Collision Shop, I stopped at 3 other shops to get quotes. Ed at the collision shop was professional, very fair and the best all around quote. He offered me a rental car (brand new Toyota Rav) or 10% off the already best quote I received. I was very impressed with every step from start to finish. I believe the girls name who answered the calls was Kayla, (my apologies if wrong) :) She was so amazing also! I have already referred people and will go back if needed. He went above and beyond! He even fixed something on the inside at no charge. My car looked brand new! Wow, thank you, I really appreciate great customer service and your awesome work! Oh and Ed was able to get the work done in 2 days for a lease turn in. Superb!!!

I was rear ended by someone on the freeway and the insurance company wanted to refer me to their in network shops but the places had awful reviews. After a quick google search I found The Collision Repair Shop and read thru the reviews saw the pictures and figured I would go with them. Let me say I can see why the shop has excellent reviews! I must commend Lance who is not only incredibly sweet but he knocked some money off my deductible! Lastly, the work was impeccable I mean my vehicle looked as pristine from the moment I bought it! I also want to say this was my first accident in decades and the fact that I found this shop on a whim basically and everything turned out awesome if you are looking please just go here you won’t regret it!!

I brought our 2007 Lexus here to have the door hinges replaced. The hinges were rusty and preventing the door from opening and closing freely. The car is our extra car. It has more than 200,000 miles and quite a few scratches in the paint. How about when I picked the car up from getting the hinges fixed - they had buffed out the scratches on the car too - WITHOUT CHARGING ME!! I was so impressed that they did this as a complimentary service. Tony had the car looking brand new!!! Now I want to take it back to them to have all the other little details fixed. These are some good, honest, hard -working guys! I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs. Thank you Tony! We will be back!

I was involved with a hit-and-run in early December. Lance and his team took great care of my car. This is the third time I came to them: the first time my car was stolen and the second time my mom's car was hit last year. Every time, they take of us. If you need any body shop work, you must come here. They are good people who make sure your car is perfect and you are not stressed.

I was involved in a rear end collision with Mercedes. I was looking for an honest place that provides great collision repairs without charging me an arm and a leg. Every place I visited were charging me a lot due to the vehicle I was driving. I began to think due to being a woman I was being charged a lot possibly them thinking I wouldn’t know any better. Once I came here and received an estimate for the collision repair shop, the prices were much reasonable. The repairs came out perfect like nothing ever happened. I recommend everyone coming to the collision repair shop. They care about people and not see dollars sign when someone else walks in. The staff were perfect, lance and tony really took care of me. I was referred to this place by a person who has used them in the past. My 2018 Range Rover was side swiped from the first winter storm this year. I had a high deductible and as well as I wanted a shop who can provide quality work. My friend told me they did wonderful work on his Audi, so I decided to come here. After dealing with State Farm and my deductible, my car came out looking perfect. This shop really understand vehicle quality and customer care. My car was fully detailed. They waived my entire deductible. I was very pleased. I will always recommend them to anyone who is need of a good collision shop. Thank you again for providing such great care on my car and making this experience a great one.

Great experience for repair of my car. Lance is very organized, knowledgeable, and able to guide the customer through the process. It did take longer than I thought it would, but there was a good explanation for this. All staff I interacted with were helpful and skilled at their craft.My car was washed and there was a young man spot cleaning it again when I picked it up.I was very happy with results and would recommend their services to anyone.

Great experience! It’s hard to find a trusty shop to work on your car. The collision shop was honest, affordable and had a great turn around time. The owner checked in with us regularly and made sure all of our issues were addressed. Made my car look brand new! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for car repairs!

I was very impressed with the politeness, price and quickness that this team has done for me. The biggest thing in getting a fender bender fixed in the paint. You want a quality paint job and that's exactly what they did for me. The paint matches the exact same color as the rest of my car. I'd recommend this place for any car type and any issue. This place is amazing. I had to get my car repaired and found this place online. Not being from the area I had no idea how good it would be. The other reviews were good enough for me so I tried it out. I am beyond happy with the work and level of customer service these guys do. Was so happy, I brought my car back after it was hit again, and again. You can’t go wrong bringing your vehicle here. They are extremely efficient and get your vehicle done ahead of schedule. Professional and helpful staff to answer all the questions you have. Plus, it gets washed inside an out before it’s returned. 10/10 would recommend

I am so incredibly happy with my experience here! I had cosmetic damages to my front bumper after a side swipe and decided to bring it to this shop after reading other reviews. I was super impressed with the work, pricing & staff here. They were able to fix my vehicle in less than three days, and did so for a fraction of the cost that I was quoted elsewhere.
